How do I place an order?


Browse through our store and once you come across an item you like, simply select the appropriate colour and size and click 'ADD TO BASKET'. To check the items in your basket, simply click on the little cart icon on the top right hand corner. Once you are ready to place your order, select 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' and follow the payment options.




When will I recieve confirmation of my order?


Once you place your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of checkout. Please allow a few minutes for this to come through. If you do not recieve this within an hour, please check your junk inbox or contact us.




What payment methods do you accept online?


Currently we accept all major credit and debit cards anlong with our gift vouchers.




Do I need an account to place an order?


No, you do not require an account to order online.

How do I place an order?

To check the items in your basket simply click on the little shopping cart icon at the top right hand corner. Once your ready to place your order, select 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' Once at checkout select your 'COUNTRY DESTINATION' Standard postage rates are automatically set for your county or origin. For customers in the UK 'STANDARD' postage applies to orders under £50, all UK orders over £50 are free unless you choose to have the 'EXPRESS DELIVERY' option to which the rates will be displayed. After the above please follow the payment system to complete your purchase.

When will my order be dispatched?


Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within 24hrs, items purchased over the weekend or at bank holidays will be sent out the next working day. Due to high levels of activity over the festive season and at promotional periods dispatch times may vary.




How will you ship my order and how can I track it?


All orders are sent using a courier or Royal Mail which once dispatched, will be delivered according to your shipping cost selection at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email update from us with the tracking information, as well as an SMS notification of the delivery time bracket from the shipping company should you have supplied your telephone number.




Will I have to pay import duty if I am purchasing from abroad? (Non EU)


Yes, if you dont live within the EU we cant offer (DDP) delivery duties paid service. To find out more about importing goods into your own country, we recommend contacting your local customs office.




Do you offer tax free shopping?


Baby wear, childrens clothing and shoes are VAT zero rated / non taxable products therefore VAT is not applied to those items.




Can I return or exchange for cash a Nursery Shop gift card?


No, gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Any returned items paid using a Nursery Shop gift voucher will be credited onto an online gift code to be redemmed for future orders.




Why cant I use my Blue Light Card online?


We cant verify if your card is valid via our website, thats why we only offer in store discounts to members that present the card at point of sale.




Re-Loved Terms


Re-Loved clothing cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind or you're unhappy with your purchase. We aim to make this process as open and transparent as possible, so you know what your buying, and who you are helping. Please refer to the Re-Loved page on our website for more information. Donation credit can only be used in store.




Brexit


Pending the outcome of the British Governments trade negotiations with the EU, we are currently unable to provide any further information in relation to Import Taxes/VAT for EU customers from 1st Jan 2021. When we do have confirmation we will announce any changes related to Tax and our VAT status on Shipping Terms page on our website.
