Track your delivery, from our door to yours...

A tracked service gives peace of mind and reassurance that your order is on its way. You will be given a unique tracking number for your order, and a link to a website. Simply enter your tracking number and you will be able to view the latest information for your order.

Your order will be with you within a few days...

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 3pm, or the following day if placed after 3pm.

Your order should reach you within three days of dispatch, however delivery times and dates cannot be guaranteed. If you require a faster service, please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quote for next day delivery.

No need to wait in for a delivery, or spend precious time trying to rearrange....

With Royal Mail Safeplace, you do not have to be in to receive your delivery. Simply enter a Safeplace location during the checkout process, and this will be passed on to the person making the delivery.

If you are not in and your parcel does not fit through the letterbox, it will be left in your Safeplace location. This can be a location on your property, such as 'behind the plant pot' or 'in the shed'. Alternatively you can provide a neighbours address, and your parcel will be left with them.

Please take care when choosing your Safeplace location. If you state a neighbours address, check that they are likely to be in to receive your delivery, and ensure your Safeplace is secure. We recommend you do not select a location where your parcel would be visible from the road, or at risk in any other way.

Believe it or not, people do select places such as Dustbins or Recycling Boxes, and then the bins are emptied...

neither we nor our delivery companies can be held responsible if your parcel is mislaid after being left in a place that you have requested.

If the person making the delivery cannot locate your safeplace, or your designated neighbours are out, they will leave a calling card and you must contact them within five days to rearrange a delivery, or collect in person.

After five days, your parcel will be returned to us. If you require a redelivery at this point, an additional delivery charge must be paid.

* Large orders and heavy items weighing over 5kg

Heavy or Bulky orders will usually be delivered by our couriers, UK Mail, within 24hrs of dispatch (weekdays only). For most mainland UK addresses, the usual £2.99 delivery charge will apply.

Unfortunately due to the excess costs involved in delivering heavy or bulky items to some areas, additional charges may apply. These charges will be applied when you enter your address during the checkout process.
